Touro College Berlin

Touro College Berlin is one of the few academic institutions in Europe to offer degrees that are fully recognized in both Germany and the United States. Graduates who continue their studies at the Master's level have been accepted to graduate programs in public universities all over Germany. Touro degrees have qualified students for admission to many private German universities with full scholarships; our graduates have been accepted to some of the most prestigious European and American universities. Many students from Touro College Berlin's first graduating class have already successfully completed their graduate degrees and some already completed doctoral degrees.

The programs in Psychology promote an understanding of the psychological processes underlying normal and abnormal human behavior.
Kurzbeschreibung:
The goals and the career paths of the German psychology studies is comparable to the American program. However, the German study program is more psychology-focused, includes less course choices and less general education components, and can be studied within a shorter timeframe (three years). Unlike the U.S. degree, it requires a Bachelor thesis at the end of the program. The diversity of courses and focus on intercultural psychology and soft skills are remarkable for a German psychology program. It is possible to integrate the German program into the studies of the American program, leading to an improved international validity of the degree.

The goals and the career paths of the German management studies are comparable to the American programs. But the German version is more business-focused, includes less course choices, less general education components, and can be studied within a shorter timeframe (three years). However, the diversity of courses and focus on management skills is still remarkable for a German business program. This can be seen by the impressive results of the program accreditation.
